Pedestrian Simulator

Pedestrians are also important participants in traffic.
We have developed a pedestrian simulator based on the omnidirectional treadmill and integrated it with simulation software to simulate pedestrian locomotion.
To study the behavior of pedestrians avoiding obstacles or yielding to cars, motion capture technology can also be employed to collect full-body pedestrian movements.
